Make & Take a Toad House

(April 25, 2014)  Don't miss this entertaining family activity for kids 6 and up on Saturday, May 3 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.!  Each child will create a toad house from a clay flower pot, decorating it with small pebbles and shells. A parent will be needed to assist children under 12.  The library will provide all materials but you may bring along your own favorite small stones or shells to personalize your toad house.  Space is limited so sign up soon by visiting the Youth Desk or call 330-868-4101.

Lego Day Fun

Love Legos?  Now's your chance to play! On Saturday, April 19 th from 2:00-3:30 pm, children ages 6 and up (and their parents/caregivers) are encouraged to stretch their imaginations and build to their hearts content with our Leogs. Bring your creativity, and we will provide the rest! Space is limited and this program ALWAYS fills up fast, so please call 330-868-4101 to sign up. 

Lost Treasure of Northern Ohio--Monday, 7:00 pm

(April 16, 2014) Dig out your topographical maps and your metal detectors and head to the library Monday, April 21, at 7:00.   Author Wendy Koile will discuss her new book Legends and Lost Treasure of Northern Ohio.  Missing French gold isn't even the half of it.  Join treasure hunters and local history buffs for this fascinating talk that's fun for the whole family.
