(October 22, 2014) Love building with Legos? Get together and create with others who like them too! Minerva Public Library is hosting another Lego Day on Saturday, October 25 from 2:00-3:30 pm in the Community Room on the library's lower level. Our large assortment of lego blocks will be available for imaginative builders to use that afternoon. This entertaining activity is designed for ages 6 and up. Parents are encouraged to attend. This interactive program is presented for toddlers 16 to 36 months old accompanied by a parent or caregiver who will be their Music in Motion partner.

(October 15, 2014) Join us Tuesday, October 21, at 7:00 for an informative, illustrated program on the role of Stark County during World War I. Mandy Altimus Pond, Archivist at the Massillon Museum, will discuss life on the homefront, the role of women in the war, and the effect of the war on our county. This program is the first in a series of occasional programs presented by the library to commemorate the centennial of World War I. The program will be of interest to all ages and is free to the public.
