(December 1, 2011) The library's Hat and Mitten tree stands proudly in the Youth Services Department waiting for donations of new hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves. This year the library is also hosting an Angel Tree for the Minerva Salvation Army; tags on the tree show the items requested as gifts for local children. All donations are turned over to the Salvation Army for distribution here in the Minerva area.
